James F. Cleary is originally from Merced California and currently lives and works in Minneapolis. Cleary has a BFA in painting and drawing from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago School of the Art and a degree in drafting technology from Sierra College, Rocklin, CA. He has shown extensively throughout the country including at the International Museum of Surgical Science, Chicago, IL, The Minneapolis Institute of Arts, Minneapolis, MN and Limner Gallery, Hudson, NY.
