Liz Miller received her BFA from Rhode Island School of Design in 1999 and her MFA from the University of Minnesota in 2005. Her mixed media installations and works on paper have been featured in exhibitions in the United States and abroad. Recent solo exhibitions include Harcourt House Arts Centre (Edmonton, CAN); Mercer Union (Toronto, CAN); The Contemporary Art Center of Virginia; and Sioux City Art Center. Miller is the recipient of two Artist Initiative Grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board and a Jerome Foundation Fellowship. She lives and works in Good Thunder, Minnesota, and teaches drawing at Minnesota State University in Mankato.
