Episode 243, Some Assembly Required

Episode 243 features the Some Assembly Required interview with Wayne Butane, along with seventeen segments from five of his albums, and three tracks by Cassetteboy, The Evolution Control Committee and team9. Check it out HERE.

I’ve been looking for a radio interview with legendary cut-up artist Wayne Butane for a very long time. He finally relented this year, and gave Some Assembly Required what he says is his very first feature interview for radio. We talked about everything from how he got started to how he found love, and played plenty of segments from five of his notoriously long-form albums, along the way. Check it out HERE.

Be sure to check out the SAR Blog for Q&A’s with over 150 of the artists we play weekly on Some Assembly Required (including Wayne Butane), and download Episode 243 HERE.

Thanks for listening,

Jon Nelson
