2012 - 2013 WARM Member Exhibits at Coloplast Corporation

Coloplast, a healthcare products company based in Denmark, has designated space in their new office building in North Minneapolis to present the work of WARM members.
Exhibits will be scheduled four times a year, each for three months duration.
Artists will be selected by the WARM Exhibit Committee and put in contact with the Coloplast facilitator to arrange scheduling, delivery and installation.
Artists are responsible for all aspects of delivery and installation with guidance and help from Coloplast. A track and cable hanging system is in place to simplify installation. Insurance is not provided.
For security reasons access to the building is restricted, however WARM will present an online exhibit on our web site. Also, because of limited access to the building, an opening reception would not be scheduled.
Submitting artists must be WARM members and agree to a 30% commission to WARM from any sales. Potential sales will be referred to the artists. Applicants should have 10 - 15 artworks minimum that are ready to show (framed and glazed or stretched canvas with D-rings which are needed for the hanging system).
Schedule for exhibit dates:
April through June 2012
July through September 2012
October through December 2012
January through March 2013
Include:
- Up to 10 digital images (See specifications below)
- Image list with title, size, date, medium, any special hanging requirements
- Preferred exhibit months (more than one if possible)
- Statement (not to exceed 300 words)
- Resume or Bio (not to exceed 1 page)

Image Submission Specifications: 10 digital images on a disc (no slides). Save your images as TIF or JPG files. File size should be no larger than 1920 pixels in either direction at 72 dpi.
