Episode 237, Some Assembly Required

Episode 237 features 14 tracks by artists such as A plus D, B'O'K, dj BC, The Colbert Report, The Evolution Control Committee, DJ Faust and Z-Trip, The Found Sound Orchestra, Gordyboy, Ming + FS, People Like Us & Ergo Phizmiz, Jeffrey Sconce, team9, Think Tank and Wobbly. Check it out HERE.

There’s a lot standing out this week, but if I had to pick just one I think I’d point you to a track off of dj BC’s new online Bastard Pop compilation, “Muppet Mashup". “Scooter and the Computer Worms” samples from both Sesame Street and The Muppet Show, and to great effect. You can check out the compilation HERE. Be sure to also check out the soundtrack to a video collage found online, courtesy of The Colbert Report. Check out the video HERE. Pay special attention to the last two and a half minutes…

Be sure to check out the SAR Blog for this week’s Q&A with Think Tank, and download Episode 237 HERE.

Thanks for listening,
