Experience

I am a writer/director, copyeditor, and consultant with a specialty in multicultural communications and significant experience in marketing communications and corporate communications programs.

Or shall I say programmes?

I spent most of my life in Europe and the States, and return to my roots in South America often.

I am fortunate to work with talented teams in great organizations (both for-profit and non-profit) putting our heads together and pursuing our dreams, passions and visions to accomplish amazing goals and missions.

"I love working with Rico! His sentences are tight, his word choice exact, his transitions breezy. Whether it's reviewing copy I've written or working together live on a document, Rico not only improves the material, but also makes me a better writer. The quality of Rico's work has earned my highest -- and spontaneous -- praise: 'You're so #^%* good!'"
Cecily Sommers, Futurist (Founder, The Push Institute)

"Rico is responsive, innovative, and confident. I enjoy working with him -- he gives genuine, timely feedback, and he always comes through with rush projects. His work is flawless!"
Nicole Harrison, CEO, SocialNicole Online Marketing

"Anyone hoping to understand today's multicultural marketing -- and marketing to the exploding Latino community in particular -- can do no better than to listen to Rico. His speech to our group of mesmerized marketing, PR and event planning professionals was eye-opening, informative, high-energy and enormously entertaining. Drawing from his experience working in Europe, Latin America and barrios across the United States, Rico exploded our misconceptions and suggested strategic ways that savvy marketers could connect with the fastest growing ethnic community in America. Outstanding!"
Paul Maccabee, President, Maccabee Group Public Relations, Minneapolis
