Experience

Susannah Schouweiler is the editor of the arts writing and criticism that appears in mnartists.org's online arts publication, MnArts Magazine, and in its twice-monthly emailed 'zine, access+ENGAGE.
mnartists.org is a joint project of the McKnight Foundation and the Walker Art Center which, in addition to offering a wealth of original writing, arts resources and programming, also provides free online exhibition space to over 12,000 Minnesota artists in every discipline. Before her work with mnartists.org, Susannah served as Editor-in-Chief for Ruminator magazine (a.k.a. Hungry Mind Review), a nationally distributed art and literature magazine.
She also has an M.A. (ABD) in History of Asian Religions and, at one point, thought she'd be making her living as a Sanskritist. (If you're wondering, the market for Sanskritists hasn't been hopping in recent years.) So, if you have a burning need to chat about Ayurvedic texts or classical Indian philosophy or something to do with Asian esoterica, she may be up for that, too.
