Jimmy Ray Ostgard grew up in Saint Paul, Minnesota and has been a photographer since 2004. He has been published in the literary magazine "The Ruminator", In 2007 had a solo showing of his work at the ArtSpace in South Minneapolis. Jimmy's talent has graced the CD cover of Jo Diedrich and will have his photos published in the 2013 Saint Paul Almanac.
