My sole-proprietorship has offered visual design services since 1984. (A major client was Medtronic, Inc. 1995-1996 and 1997-2003). My skills as a visual communications expert are used to make processes and procedures more effective and efficient. These contracts often involve teaching /training sessions with engineers and other professionals

Team taught with professors and held teaching assistantships as graduate student at UW-Milwaukee.
Other Teaching Experience
Guest artist/lecturer at UW-River Falls, the Minneapolis Institute of Arts and other venues. I have taught extensively in community education settings with the Bloomington (MN) Art Center, MN Museum of American Art, and Northeast Iowa Communty College - Community Education division. Residency experience in junior high and grade school settings. Briefly taught prisoners at Stillwater (MN) State Prison Minimum Security Unit.
