27 artists were offered free work space during the Minnesota Biennial (,,,) at the Soap Factory in Minneapolis, MN, in exchange for (1) counting their working hours during the past June, July, and August, and (2) agreeing not to finish any projects while in the space. Every time they came to work here, each artist brought an amount of cash corresponding to the number of hours they worked over the summer.
