I wonder if the President creates any of his own work...

But no, this thread is for posting links to BUSH ART on the net. Pro or con.

I was searching for some pro Bush art, not that I suport Bush, but it would be interesting to see. It's quite rare probebly.

The first link I found was this.
http://www.pbase.com/kayakbiker/bush_art .

I've found him. Scott LoBaido is the only "pro-bush artist" like Jamie is the only Chicano artist in Minnesota.

368 Billion huh? Claptrap huh?

LMCC, A Knock at the Door? It just opened today, in NewYork, how could I see it?... just kidding. Got RealPlayer? http://real.ny1.com:8080/ramgen/real3/0012E633_050907_182051lo.rm .
You don't like the *Art Removed pending Investigation* piece?
You don't like the *Reception desk with hiding space to provide sanctuary for fugitive immigrants* piece?

As for dreaming, it's not political. Mostly, it's a survival instinct. Can the dead dream? Is it "The American Dream"? Are you anti-American Bob?
The survival of civilation itself is at stake.

i bought some crappy weed in Mexifornia once... well it was actually Calexico / Mexicali.
I don't understand anti-americanism. I was just trying to piss you off. Or wondering rather why you might be upset? It's ok that some people don't like Bush isn't it? Some people don't like cabbage, but you wouldn't call them stupid. (Because it is a cruciferous vegetable, and if we want to win the war on cancer, you better like it. Those that undermine the role of cabbage in their diets are idiots) In both cases, I see it is a matter of taste and emissions.

All that aside, I wonder about the money suposedly spend on "the poor". From experience, I think it must be pissed away in administrations of said programs. I've lived in poverty for a decade and have probebly gotten about $500 in food stamps total. And it's near impossible to get them. Maye it's spent on health care programs, insurance for poor folk. It would be usefull to know the statistics of how many people are suposed to bennifit from how many dollars and track the money.

368 billion?? Farm subsidies?

How much has the war cost so far?

I think I want to create some project to make community more sustainable and lessen the economic burden for the 24 percent of people in poverty in the highest density area of Minneapolis. That would help them eat their cabbage.

a question to each of you, Bob and Ray, if you can and if you will, (and this will not seem to have relevence in the current discussion) but if you would, from each perspective, define the term, "social capital" (or social value, worth, quantification, etc. by whatever means either of you choose to measure it)

...it strikes me that the root of this discussion is of a matter of social priority.....

Hmm. Well, to me, social capital would be the creative potential of a network of associates. You can quote me on that.
