Hello, I am looking for a rather large studio warehouse space for myself and boyfriend. I am a social worker, he is a welder, painter, and tattoo artist with a small shop in Minneapolis. We are willing to pay up to $1000 a month for a large space. A short term lease is desired but not necessary.

Small 300 sq. ft. Work-Retail space in the RenBox.

In the Renaissance Box building in downtown Saint Paul, we're starting to open seven little 300 sq. ft. work-retail shops in the basement level with new glass block windows. If you know of any artisans or artists who would want to run their little open-to-the-public shop, please contact me at martin@renbox.com or call me at (651) 210-0928. We're starting to get some momentum with the Loading Dock Theater, and there is this really good restaurant Margaux's moving in beginning March 1st, 2004. We're also looking at an idea of terrace-level tiny 200 sq. ft living units (with individual terraces), with a communal kitchen and a communal bathroom. There would be 11 units available. No smoking.

I'm looking for a small (150-300 sq feet) space that will permit the use of an oxygen-propane torch for glass lampworking. The closer to SW Minneapolis the better.

I would also possibly be interesting in sharing space - I'd be using it fairly infrequently and my activity is quiet and doesn't take up much space.

I live in the Tilsner Artist Co op and also am a Realtor, I have been building my business to just help artists find or build homes that have their own work spaces. I also find the perfect loans so that they do not have a huge monthly payment. This can be done, I also help the artist repair their credit report. If your income or lack there of keeps you from obtaining any of these goals I will help find you any artist space in the Twin Cities. Commissions are not the issue with me, it is making sure the artist has the right place to live and produce their art! My partner is the artist in our family and I know how hard it was for us to find the perfect space for her work and affordability. I have made it my goal that everyone has the same chance.

i have space in the fisk building on east hennepin in mpls. has had a potter in it and a kiln. in same bldg as fired up. has sink. is about 500 sf. rent with electric about $250. i f interested, c all bob at 612-332-8405

B&W photographer currently searching for either cooperative, or private darkroom access in, or around the DT St.Paul area.
Had to shut down own opps due to roommate constrants, and film just keeps comming. Present inventory of undeveloped 35mm is @ 17 rolls.
Have some equipment, and chemicals(Kodak). Totally willing to relocate this stuff or to rent existing...Please help me suport my addiction/conviction.
