We are a professional photography company seeking 1 additional photographer who would be interested in sharing a beautiful 850 sq feet space in st.paul. There are beautiful south facing windows that provide plenty of natural lighting, and the floors were recently refinished.

There will be minimum storage space, because ideally we would like to keep the majority of the area open. Interested photographers must also be willing to sign a 1 year lease. Monthly Rent would be approximately $300.

If you are professional, considerate, and clean, please contact us as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!

700 square feet available 10/1/06 on the third floor of the Roberts Building on Chicago and Lake in South Minneapolis in the Midtown area across the street from the Midtown Exchange building (formerly Sears) and above Roberts Shoe Store. This space has water. The windows are both south and north facing. The floors are wood and tile. This space makes an excellent art studio. Rent is $550.00 per month (which includes heat and water). The building is secured with a buzz in system. Most of the tenants in the building are artists. We also have two more spaces on the second floor, both 400 square feet. Contact Mark @ 612-823-7229
