Hi Susan, I'm hust poking around to see whats available out there for spaces. In particular I'm interested in 1618 Central? Suite 004. Wondering where in the city it is, and what the terms of lease are, and how much per month. Does lower level mean basement or first floor?

Thanks Chad

Dude, thats right next to the Thorpe building in northeast Minneapolis ( I know I'm not susan but I've got the info so oh well) It is a great location. half a mile from the Quary, lots of good people around. You can become a member of Artco (formerly art collective) ect. ect. I can say enough nice things about it. Anyone would be happy in that neighborhood.

ART STORAGE SPACE NEEDED
I am looking for a space to store my artwork. this includes 2-D art/paintings and misc. materials and would require at minimum a space approx.
6 x 10FT with a minimum 8FT ceiling . The space must be secure and climate controlled (heat is required/ airconditioned would be great). Sharing a space ---either storage or studio----is also a possibility.
