HI all!
I am a younger woman who is looking for a studio. I don't exactly know what is the best way to go about looking for one, so any help at all will be greatly appreciated. I am looking either in St.Paul/ MN and looking to spend no more than $650 a month...
I know there are some wonderous people who could help me out... Hope this finds you all in high spirits...

What exactly are you looking for reguarding 1618-1620 Central Ave? Let me know some specifics such as what you are planning to use the space for, how many square feet do you require, parking needs, and any other ammedities that you would require. I look forward to your response.

I have a space that is 1,640 square feet and rents for approx. $930/month. There is dock access as well as pedestrian access. The previous tenant did some timber framing there so dusk and such will be no prob. Concrete floors, sink, compressed air, heavy power, and a small office built out for you. It is a neat space. I'm a painter/printer who is looking for a living space in or near downtown mpls or st. paul. Right now looking at single spaces but would also be interested in hooking up with an arts-type roommate. perhaps we could get a cheap 3bed and have one room as a studio.. I'd prefer a space with a bit of character, good light, and abusable floors and walls. any leads would be great-

Hello, I am looking for 600-800 ft studio space either Downtown or nearby DT Minneapolis. I work with large-format photographs and narrative and I need wall space and quiet for project design and curatorial work. I work primarily wiht labs, so there is no major production on site

Please respond if you are renting -- or if you have a good tip. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm still looking to share my beautiful space with another visual artist; painter, sculptor ect. There is a good description on page two in this forum, under the same name. I did note the worst case scenarios with resins and oil paint but rarely use them. Space could be split 50/50 or used more holistically. The space has high ceilings, big windows, good lighting, concrete floors. Available now, or Nov. 1st. $150-200 month. 350-400 ft/sq. On the 7th floor of an old grain milling building, great views of the cities.

Hi,

Can you tell me a little more about the space? What is the build out fee? I am assuming it is the cost to tailor the space to the buyers needs. Is it mandatory or can the buyer accept the space as is? Is there parking associated with the space? Does the purchase include condominium ownership in the building or what is the legal ownership?
