Jim, were you referring to the building at 223 Bates Ave as being sold. I am very interested in renting. I myself am a Musician and my girlfriend a Painter, we could use the space and the layout looks great.

Hi Jim,

Congrats on the sale of your building. What is the long term availability of your rental spaces now that the building has been sold? Also, what is the situation regarding utilities, snow removal in winter, building maintenance, etc?

I thought the building was sold a month ago but the deal fell through. All the potential owners are interested in keeping the building rented so we are still showing it. Call Mike 651 278 5350 to see it.

I'm looking for a space for 2 in northeast minneapolis / dinkytown or anywhere close to the U of M campus.

We've got some gear (drums, amplifiers, etc, etc) but not to much. Looking for a space we could play without any hassle (it wouldn't be loud playing).

If you know of a space e-mail me, rarndaraki@hotmail.com

thanks!

chris

JIM,
Yeah, I talked to Mike AND his son currently living there. I'm going to take a look at the neighborhood and all he suggests. We'll see.

1 male and 1 female looking for a roommate Male or Female. Month to month lease starts 1/1/05 or 2/1/05. No deposit! Rent is $300+utility bills. You have your own room. House is 3 miles from St. Paul Campus of the U of M, on bus route 3. We have graduated and are both 25. We smoke-outside only. I own the house-so I am your landlord/roommate. We work full time, so low key weekdays-but live it up on weekends. Ample on-street parking, about 3 blks from Como Park, fenced yard, patio, gardens, laundry, dishwasher, storage, well behaved pets ok, cool roomies, musician and artist friendly. We are very liberal and open minded, play guitar and paint. Email todd_sarah@netzero.com if interested.
