The space I'm renting from, listed under page #4 is again open to share with another visual artist. I beleave I am moving out Dec 31, 04', I may stay til March? It is a great space in a very laid back building. 800 ft/sq. on the floor with over 100 ft/sq. lofted. Its in stadium village on the U of M campus. There are 2-10' x 10' windows so it has excellent light. I'm looking for someone to rent any of November or Dec. Then take over the month to month lease thereafter. The rent is $405 month plus gas heat. The open space is slightly smaller, I would like to receive @ $185 per month for it. I'm primarily working in sculpture, and do like to play music at a moderate level while working. If interested give me a ring at 612 743-2567 or email seesurfcp@hotmail.com

Thanks Chad

Great studio to sublet in Calhoun Arts Building at Lake and Lyndale. Northeast corner - huge, huge windows on two sides. Panoramic view of downtown skyline. Perfect light.
Very high ceilings - I'd guess about 15 feet. 270 sq feet
Rare find in southwest Minneapolis!

$285 per month
My lease expires 3/31/05. Sublet til then and then negotiate your own lease with landlord.
Call 612-625-5309 for more info.

Chris -

I know the building - is there any street level retail available (or coming available in the next 6 months)?

Anyone know of a cool studio space?

Seeking studio space. I live on the westside of St. Paul. Prefer to spend no more then $130 or so a month including utilities. Prefer St. Paul location near Westside/downtown St. Paul area. (Willing to be in other parts of St. Paul or Minneapolis, but it would be nice to have a studio near home.) Prefer about 300 or so square feet. Hope to find a space by June 2005.

My space is turning into condos and it's not very possible for me to paint at home.

If you know of something available, please e-mail me at kerafferty@yahoo.com. I am willing to share a space too.

Free rent? Can you please explain a little more details about this? I figure it would be fairly too late for this offer. But I would just like to know out of my curiousity.
