Artspace Projects is renovating the Hotel Kaddatz in downtown Fergus Falls. The renovation will convert this historical building into an exciting mixed use project for the arts. The project includes prime commercial space at 4,700 sq. ft. with excellent viability and ample parking. Will consider dividing this space for smaller users. In addition, the project will also includes 10 units of housing for artists to live/work. The project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2004.

I'm a young painter/printer who has recently moved to Edina, MN and am looking for a smallish, inexpensive studio space to rent nearby. All I need are walls, heat, and a sink. Any leads would be greatly appreciated! email: basementbanter@hotmail.com

I just want to let everyone know that my space is still available to share. 1/2 of 400 sq feet, originally $122. 00, negotiable to $100.00 It's in the Dow Bldg, located at 2242 Universuty Ave, good safe area, casual but secure bldg. I am looking for some space to do some woodworking. I need about 500 sq ft. Please let me know if anything is available. I am looking in the western suburbs, preferably, but am willing to consider other locations.

I have a wood shop for rent or for sale see my post at live/work space.Shop has machines that go with it.

Are you looking for a great creative space to share with others? Minneapolis warehouse district location. Open space with concrete floors (2000 Sq ft). Full kitchen and bathroom in space. Windows (south and west) Looking for a few creative individuals to share with others part time is OK. Rent is reasonable depending on need and use. Can you tell me more about the space you are creating in this building? Are you creating a cooperative or seeling units of space or renting?
I am looking for a new place in MN to live & work.
