Dear Friend,
I need addresses of people all over the world whom I can invite to share a cup of tea. This is the second time I have done this project, and here's how it works:
You send me the postal address of a friend or relative (or yourself, if you want).
I send them an invitation that includes a tea bag and instructions for when to have the tea.
The time at which one is told to have their tea corresponds with the time at which someone in St. Paul, Minnesota will also be having tea (time zones are all carefully calculated for every single person who participates).
These two strangers will be sharing their tea at the same moment across great distances.
This event will occur every day over the course of three months, each time with different participants.
The given address will be used for this purpose only, and never again after the event.
