- Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic planning that ensures North House’s internal systems, facility maintenance/improvements, administrative practices, technology tools and safety protocols are effective, efficient, and integrated, maximizing their impact on the quality and consistency of North House programs and operations.
- Manage, track and improve North House’s utilization of fiscal and metric resources, advancing their availability to the organization to assist with decision making, planning and project tracking.
- Coordinate and improve North House’s Human Resource systems and practices, addressing the needs of key groups of North House stakeholders including employees, instructors and volunteers.
- Provide leadership and direction for North House’s administrative and operations team, serving as lead staff identifying priority projects, coordinating collaborative efforts and building a shared sense of direction.
