Call for Artists: 2020 CityArt Walking Sculpture Tour, Mankato MN

The CityArt Walking Sculpture Tour is now accepting sculpture submissions for the 2020 tour. The entry deadline for submissions is November 1, 2019. The 2020 Walking Sculpture Tour is planned to include thirty sculptures in the core blocks of Mankato and North Mankato, MN. The sculptures are displayed for about one year (May 16, 2020 to April, 2021). Artists receive a $1,000 stipend for each sculpture accepted.

Now in its tenth year, the CityArt Walking Sculpture Tour is an exciting exhibition of outdoor sculpture displayed in the heart of downtown Mankato and North Mankato. The program draws thousands of visitors making the Greater Mankato arts community known around the state. CityArt is a collaboration between the City Center Partnership, the Greater Mankato downtown business association and Twin Rivers Council for the Arts, Greater Mankato’s arts commission.
