The Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center (CAFAC) is a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 nonprofit arts organization whose mission is to inspire hands, hearts and minds through art forms produced by heat, spark and flame. CAFAC is the only education and artist support facility in the Upper Midwest completely devoted to fine and industrial “fire art” forms such as sculptural welding, blacksmithing, metal casting, jewelry making, and glass working, to name a few.
