Gamut Gallery seeks a part-time intern to assist with product and event photography, graphic design, and gift shop operations. Qualified candidates will be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite programs and comfortable with photography, a hands-on learner with an eye for aesthetics, and a self-motivated individual willing to take on responsibilities. Similarly important are the ability to work professionally with patrons and gallery staff; work both independently and collaboratively; and follow through on projects. Experience with photography, product development, and retail a plus. This internship also provides the opportunity to develop specific skills based on intern’s interests and background in communications and arts administration.
- Help produce product and event photography for Gamut Gallery’s website and social media platforms
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
- Work Saturday open hours 1-7pm
- Work gallery events (~2-3 per month, typically Thursday, Friday or Saturday evenings)
- Have a positive attitude and stay cool under pressure
DURATION: 6 months with possibility of extension
This is an unpaid internship eligible for college credit.
