Hours: Schedule will include regular evenings and some weekends.
Compensation: Hourly rate $16-$20 an hour, based on experience. This position can be part-time to full-time of 40 hours a week. At full time (32 hours) benefits include 12 sick and 12 vacation days annually with nine paid holidays, two personal days and competitive medical, dental and retirement.

What you get to do
Teach basic and advanced media making to members, program participants and organizations.
Lead project based learning programs for a cohort of 10-19.
Build relationships by engaging members and supporting development of technical and soft skills for creating meaningful media or to embark on a new career.
Provide in-person support for members using SPNN resources including; studio, field gear and editing software.
Assist with determining educational priorities.
What we need from you
Experience or background in media making, documentary filmmaking desired.
Advanced skills in all aspects of media creation.
Experience teaching/training and developing curriculum
Ability to provide outstanding customer service internally and externally.
Availability for evening and weekend work.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders from a variety of racial, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.
