  • Talk to Her, choreographed by Jean Emile of Nederlands Dans Theater, was the first contemporary pas de deux that I learned at the age of 17. In this version of Talk to Her, an excerpt from the full-length work, I performed with Ellen Mihalick in April 2014 during an alumni performance for New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble. The second clip features segments from Sleeping Beauty, a ballet that I performed as a guest artist with Montgomery Ballet under the direction of Darren McIntyre in March 2013…
  • Emily Gastineau updated the Artwork 2. Othello
I was contracted as a guest artist by Alaska Dance Theatre to play the role of Roderigo in Othello. At the beginning of the clip, I am the farthest stage left of the four dancers in the clump upstage. In the duet from the second segment of this excerpt, Roderigo is being manipulated by Othello's best friend. Othello, choreographed by Gillmer Duran, premiered in March 2012 in Anchorage, Alaska.
  • Shadow of Sound, choreographed by Huang Yi of Taiwan, was commissioned by Nimbus Dance Works. The piece, which premiered at The Ailey Citigroup Theater (New York City) in February 2013, explored moving fluidly like the ebb and flow of tidal waves while maintaining a constant, seamless connection. Also featured in this excerpt is Fana Tesfagiorgis, current dancer with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
  • This video sample is an excerpt from a master class for dancers between the ages of 16 and 18 at Delmonico Dance in Woodbury, MN. Throughout the class, we focused on introducing varying aesthetic qualities to movement by experimenting with musicality, length, and dynamics. The phrases performed by the selected dancers were the result of a collaborative choreographic process.
