If you like a+E, pass it on!
In this Issue: Art is Where You Find It
Even though my school days are long past, as the days get cooler and summer gives way to fall, I still get that familiar back-to-school hunger for, well, edification – autumn still feels like the perfect season to embark on a sprawling new project, launch a new series, tackle some meaty nonfiction, or take that long-delayed art class. For this issue, we've got some options to get you going: a new monthly artists' guide to alternative exhibition venues and coffee house galleries, a new essay series on jazz by Jeremy Walker, and loads of classes, lectures and workshops to feed your mind.
PLUS: The first mnLIT winners' reading is September 20 at the Red Stag Supperclub
