Ready to unravel the mystery of shadow weave? This fascinating
pattern weave is a durable, reversible, and dimensional fabric with
endless design possibilities. In this class, we will cover color
variations and different threading/treadling combinations. Students will
then weave a scarf or table runner in the pattern(s) and colors of
their choosing. Every student will walk away with a beautiful
new accessory for themselves or their table, an understanding of this
structure, and inspiration for future projects. Yarn is available for
purchase at WGM. Students may need to spend time at the WGM in between
classes in order to complete their project. Handout fee $10, payable to
the instructor. Students must be able to warp a loom and read a draft
independently.
