PUBLIC ENEMY FOUNDER, HANK SHOCKLEE, AT NAMAC 2012
This just in! Pathbreaking music producer, audio innovator, and Public Enemy Founder, Hank Shocklee, will join the NAMAC 2012 Conference!
Shocklee will participate on the Friday plenary session “Artists As Leaders,” as well as on a Saturday morning panel on “Digital Frontiers” exploring digital rights, censorship and other issues of online media and culture.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Leading Creatively convenes organizations and individuals from across the country to examine the state-of-the-field amidst the vibrant and flourishing arts communities in Minneapolis.
The conference will offer more than 28 panels and workshops, two plenary sessions, tours of Minneapolis/St. Paul media and visual-arts organizations, an open hacker space produced by the Hack Factory, a documentary film festival, and receptions and exhibits at the Walker Art Center, Franklin Art Works and the Soap Factory.
Both days of Leading Creatively kick-off with Plenary sessions: "Artists as Leaders Plenary" on Friday morning, and "Creative Placemaking Plenary" on Saturday morning.
