Join us for a reception to celebrate the culmination of a year-long collaborative photography project between Century College, Heritage Academy of Science and Technology, Ubah Medical Academy, and the Skyline Tower/CommonBond Community. Professor of Art at Century College, Melissa Borman, along with Century College Artist-in-Residence, Mohamud Mumin, guided East African youth in grades nine through twelve in projects exploring photography as a means of visual communication and creative expression in a culturally relevant context, while providing exposure to college arts learning environments. The exhibition at the Quarter Gallery features over 75 student works. Exhibition runs July 12 - 31, 2018.
