Spring Cleaning!

We have done a bit of spring cleaning on the forums!
We moved a few things around & added some new sections to the forums in the hopes of making them more inclusive and a bit more intuitive to use. We added the Tech Corner to provide both better technical support for mnartists.org users and a place to add technology related information that you will hopefully find helpful if not interesting.
