Default Lessig on legal network for the 21st century.
Funny enough this particular presentation was brought to my attention via various news sources (e.g. Slashdot) because Warner Music Group tried to get it taken down via a DMCA takedown notice. (A very nice example of the Streisand Effect.)

This video is the powerpoint presentation & keynote address that Lawrence Lessig gave on March 24th at the OFC Conference in San Diego, CA, he discusses the creation of cultural content via new technologies during the 20th century and the 21st, while the legal framework has not maintained pace. Lessig discusses the ideas of passive vs. active culture resulting in the current state of ambiguity for content creators and offers potential solutions for the quandry.

At the very least this is how a powerpoint presentation should be done!

Check it out on blip.tv here (their embed player doesn't want to play nice with the forum software unfortunately.)
