Default I really just came in to say hi
Sorry about that political rant. I really came in to post art.

I was just happy to note my model of Elsie's Bowling Aly was accepted into Google earth. So now when you browse Google Earth and see the Elsie's, building, you can know I made it happen .

It's nothing super fancy. I'm just slightly proud to contribute.

I also made a crappy Grain Belt sign if you haven't seen it yet.

Default Utica, New York
hello all. bad time to be an elk. or maybe anything else. its gotten cold enuf to snow here, but has'nt yet, at least right here. theres been a little not far away. i have an actual address here in utica, and some work. landscaping, painting, construction, ect... i should have a scanner soon for posting new aceos, which i have about twenty of saved up until i start ebaying again in prolly early november. i have about 40-50 art auctions laying in wait for then so far. still going to strive for 1000, especially since the majority of chaos has subsided. saw a big black cat on the way here. eating lots of beans and rice, walking a lot. lots of old stuff in this town. walking the railroad tracks, one can find old bottles, cans, and glass conductors still. lots of old buildings, with a lot of them un-occupied. have'nt checked out the munson proctor art museum yet. there is a small art store in the college, but thats it for art stores for a lot of miles. maybe syracuse is the closest from what i here. overall, life is calm and simple right now, much more the way i want it. i've slept 18 places the last year, and am ready to stay put for a moment... hope all is well there.

Smile Contemplating
Well Ray, Mother Nature is going to give us a wet slide into winter but the flower is certainly a gorgeous send off.

Gabe, I hope all is going well. Eat paint and post. I look forward to seeing what you have done in the past few weeks.

I have been thinking about art history all day so I finished up with an illustration of the Venus of Willendorf. My Girlfriend told me she like it but asked who/what is the Venus of Willendorf.

If you don't know the answer go ask Mother Nature, or google.

Default yes! What a great day
November 1st and it was 57 degrees! I had to go biking around medicine lake and absorb that great sunlight.
Cool drawings John.
That AE Event sounds great. I'd like to stop by, and really I should be able to, but developments over here are slow, manipulative and dishonest. I've been working for this guy since the end of September now, and he owes me a few hundred bucks. But, he's been spending my money before I get it, and apparently I've bought a 1987 Cadillac. Which isn't to bad, but it's still sitting in park, in his name, without plates. So I should either GET PAID, or get MY CAR registered and transferred
to me.

Yeah, if my situation was not being dishonestly manipulated, I'd drive right over and check it out.
We'll see what tomorrow brings.

I've just been drawn into the Soap Factory SFG4 show on vimeo < link . I've been watching a few of the recent episodes from summer.. It tickles me with happiness that my old RV is still in the intro, and my name is still at the end of every show, for additional footage.. I really do love that place so much. It's good to see how the art and artists continue to respect the profound dynamics, of the space, in time.

So anyhow, I took some photos today, lets see what I got...
Eh.. nothing spectacular. But here are 3

Default by the way
I was very pleased last Friday to have 8 more building models accepted to google earth. They are in the Best Of category, and now show up in everyones Google Earth.

I did a bunch of North east buildings ( to impress my electorate ; ), I've got the 331 Club, The Modern Cafe, the Historic Bunge tower, Dunnwoody College, The Hexagon Bar, Hoover Wheel Alignment, some apartment complexes.... And I've just added Franklin Art Works, and Uncle Frankys Hotdogs!

Check some out

Default No dirt dug yet
Hey Gabe, Vote for me!

Today is election day! You all probably should really vote for Melissa Hill though. I mean, I could win, but then there's all the controversy about being homeless, staying here, staying there, not always in 3rd ward. Sadly, I could be disqualified.
I mean, I would have made a more solid run, but I think Hill is pretty good. Still, just looking at the ballot, I'd vote for me! Kinda scary. We'll see what happens when shop closes up after 8 tonight.

Wheres Melissa's victory party going to be?

Default Hanging at the Lab gallery until seven
We have a great opening tomorrow 7-11? here at Look Art Below in the Q.Arma building lower level, 1224 Quincy NE Minneapolis. The show has 11 artists and looks outstanding. Altered Esthetics is also having their first Friday opening tomorrow featuring digital frames and new media which looks great as well. And Rabi Sanfo of Yarbi design will also be open. You can see his outstanding metal work at www.yarbidesign.blogspt.com.

Sorry about the lack of a live link but the computer I am using here is a big POS.

And I hope you won Ray, Iive in the second and couldn't vote for you.

Skip all the hype and come on down to the Q.Arma building opening. Real artist doing real things with live music. Cause dead music is sooooooo rancid .

Nope. I only won 2 percent of the first choice votes.. That's awesome but I think I got more votes when I ran for MAEP a few years ago.
Fair enough, continuing on.
