Okay, in the interests of diplomacy, and clarity might I add, I have a proposal. Now, Longoria- (whatever you choose to call yourself at any given moment )has ‘decided’ that an open forum is now his for the sake of ‘performance art’. All good, all well, good luck to you and all that it is about. There is a sentiment; good, bad, or ugly that ‘his’ participation and arguably ‘hijacking’ of these forums somehow keeps others out of the realm of participation. IS THERE A WAY for you, Jimmy (aka whatever the hell you choose to call yourself today or for whatever predetermined or instantaneously determined purpose…. to pull it all into one thread? If your work, is SOOOOO recognized, and SOOOOO important to enlightening the world, can you by any means keep it exclusive to participation as opposed to baiting a trap that… if you participate in these here forums- you will be considered a part of ‘my’ work? That, I think is at the crux of this. In a backhanded sort of way it seems like intimidation, blaming the raped for being raped for their part in the violation, if one chooses to post to these forums one agrees to be part of ‘something of yours’. Personally, I don’t want to do that, (be a contributor to your ‘act’) but would still like to participate in a so-called community. That’s my idea and I think it’s fairly clear. Are you willing? Or to quote yourself, “are you man enough,” to not be some form of esoteric bully? ( actually more like Baby Huie, the giant duck in a diaper that insists on being recognized and heard above and beyond all) and find some sort of middle ground between your Utopia and the Utopia of others? Your very trackable behavior shows you to be willing and apt to not follow or prescribe to anything resembling discourse. Jumping threads for the sake of drawing attention back to yourself, making unrelated reference points to direct questions, ignoring calls for clarity or reference and responding with accusation or vague points of contention in another unrelated thread…it seems like you get pissed off with others for being unable to follow your lack of technical acuity, from example to example, within the medium.
I, as well, find a bit of frustration with the area’s inability to speak in a forthright manner, (The passive/agregessive thing ) and the window-licking, (don’t have an opinion until someone else has it first) and the non-participatory blank stares that these forums have come to embody, but has it ever crossed your mind that it’s not racism as so much as the lack of enthusiasm for becoming part of ‘your thing’ that posting here now, from and by your actions and words [and tagging yourself as a Walker ‘sponsored’ [real or implied] as a working conceptual artist, seem to imply? I DON’T WANT TO CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR SHIT, if posting here means that I’m agreeing to do that, I DON’T WANT TO BE PART OF IT, ASSHOLE. Nothing against your ‘race’ or anything else about you other than YOUR ASSY PERSONALITY, YOU, ALONE, YOU.
Do you have the ability to recognize this? At all? I’m sure that you will pull portions for partial quotation to make your vague point even more unrelatable. Not fine. To do so, without full quotations, in context (which is this post and subsequent dealing directly with issues related directly to this post as referenced here (in this ‘thread’ and exclusive to this ‘thread’) will be construed as misrepresentation. This post is not open for use in any other forum other than mnartists.org forum and it’s ‘thread’ of origin, as it pertains to the thread of origin, original posting by username: s. holster. Period. I’d like to know more about the creation of “private forum threads” I’d like to be able to pose a question about matters relating to the execution of the visual disciplines without being tagged a racist by some asshole with an undefined grudge, when seeking information or advise or posting questions or comments not related to Jimmie, Jaime’s, Jim (or any other alias that he employs) Longoria’s perceived or actual ‘performance art’. I’d like to operate, unmolested by mind or implication in a ‘public forum’. You’re (J. Longoria) actions are like the guy who pisses in the drinking well and gives a look of indignant, false disbelief, screaming, “ What?! It’s still mostly drinkable!!” Simple yes or no will suffice. If yes, name the thread or I will set it up for you, or no. No being that you agree that your tactics are heavy handed and are all that which you pretend to battle. Which is it? If this makes me a racist or exclusionary… IN YOUR EYES JIMMY, F**K YOU AND THE D**K YOU RIDE ON.KISS MY A**. YOU’RE AXE IS NOT NOR WILL EVER BE MINE TO GRIND AND I WANT NO PART OF IT. If it IS your intention to 'enlighten' why take the tack of all those before you that you claim to abhor?
