We have swirling! Over the last few days.... and then today there was definitely the first Atlantic side American "Hurricane". It was comparatively weak and was only in hurricane form, with the eye and all, for a few hours. But still worth note...

Right now it's looking like a beautiful day. Bright blue sky and ton of UV radiation pouring down. Yet take note. Half the state is under a tornado watch....
![]() ![]() As I post, one tornado WARNING just popped up for a county in Iowa. ![]() .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED TODAY...WITH TORNADOES...DAMAGING WIND AND LARGE HAIL ALL POSSIBLE. WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN APPEARS TO BE AT GREATEST RISK. STORMS WILL ALSO OCCUR ACROSS MINNESOTA...WITH SOME STORMS SPREADING OUT OF WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...AND OTHER STORMS DEVELOPING OVER SOUTH CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY ALSO BE SEVERE...WITH DAMAGING WIND AND LARGE HAIL THE MAIN THREAT... AND POSSIBLY AN ISOLATED TORNADO. AN UNSEASONABLY STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON...BRINGING A COLD FRONT ALONG WITH IT. STRONG SOUTH WINDS WILL ALSO OCCUR AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT...WITH WINDS AROUND 25 MPH AND GUSTS TO 40 MPH IN SOME AREAS. ![]() ETA 5 hours |

When was the last tornado to hit Minneapolis, proper? Are people here prepared? Never had the fortune (or misfortune) of ever being in one, although Texas is in tornado alley as well. grap you ball and boobs, folks.
