  • Katharine Hawthorne updated the Artwork Mainframe
Mainframe is a dance asking how computers have changed the way we see our bodies.  The full evening ensemble production will premiere in December 2015 at ODC Theater in San Francisco.
  • Katharine Hawthorne updated the Artwork SoundLines
SoundLines (2011) is a collaborative project with Christopher Jette using interactive technology to map movement to sound. The development of SoundLines was supported by a residency at High Concept Laboratories in Chicago in August 2011. SoundLines was presented in Minneapolis at SooVAC in August 2011.
  • Katharine Hawthorne updated the Artwork Analog
Analog (2013) examines how movement is mechanized, controlled, and detected, drawing inspiration from prosthetic hands, clocks, levers and pulleys, and impractical inventions like perpetual motion machines. Developed through the ODC Pilot Program #61, Analog received support through Theatre Bay Area's CA$H Grant program and generous individual donors. Analog was presented in Minneapolis in August 2013 at the Southern Theater as part of the Minnesota Fringe Festival.
