Duece Cities Styles is a collective of artists & musicians that is committed to exposing the community to many of the emerging underground artists & musicians in the duece cites i.e. Minneapolis & St. Paul.
Program/Services
Duece Cities Styles started as a video collective that has documented the local hip-hop scene on cable access and in the local weekly paper The Pulse. Through some amazing opportunities we have aquired a gallery space to engage more of the community and create awarness of this project using cable access and The Pulse. The Gallery itself is 11,000 sq.ft light industrial space. It houses a dark room, a sound proof studio, a small projection theatre, 4 small studio/gallery spaces one loading dock i.e. ventilated studio, and three large gallery spaces yet to be used to there full capacity.
