Scott Artley serves as the Performing Arts Curator for Patrick’s Cabaret, where he develops and leads artistic programming for this long-standing Minneapolis grassroots organization with a history of provocative and inclusive work. He is a multi-disciplinary artist and cultural producer whose practice spans visual art, performance, curation, and entrepreneurism, focusing on the intersection of art and social engagement.
As an arts administrator he has worked with the Minnesota Fringe Festival, Southern Theater, Mixed Blood Theatre, the Walker Art Center, Z Puppets Rosenschnoz, and Mixed Precipitation’s Picnic Operetta, among others. As an artist he’s shown visual and theatrical work with Madame of the Arts, Artists in Storefronts, 20% Theater, and the Soo Visual Arts Center. As a producer, he has created, hosted, and performed in dozens of queer arts events in underground and fringe environments around the Twin Cities
His independent creative consulting firm Collective Creation LLC focuses on program development, evaluation, and fundraising for arts and civic initiatives.
