This body of current work is innately about the world around us. Each piece represents the "spirit" or essence of the subject that inspired them. They are meant to evoke a familiar feeling or memory through the use of universal form, structure, surface texture and the quality of light. Allowing the viewer, if inspired, to create their own dialogue and story based on their own personal experiences and memories. Thus creating an emotional connection between the viewer and the art.
