LET THE FRINGE SHORTS BEGIN!
As has been the tradition at mnartists.org for a number of years, we're running a series of FRINGE SHORTS, where you'll get the skinny on a handpicked selection of some of this year's buzzworthy shows. Look for daily (or near-daily) updated reviews drawn from this year's festival offerings throughout the week, a collection we'll add to as we get dispatches from our distinguished performance critics, Lightsey Darst and Christy DeSmith, who are on the scene.
We can't think of a more fitting introduction to this year's festivities than Geoff Herbach's sweet, unapologetic elegy to both the Fringe Festival and a teen-produced play making its debut in this year's line-up, Audish.
So, check back with us often, read up, and above all--GO! Maybe we'll run into each other at Fringe Central for a drink and a bite to eat.
