  • updated the Artwork Illuminated Reef
    The Illuminated Reef’s coral structures fluoresce brilliantly; low and high, stiff and soft, tubular and branch-like structures made of discarded and repurposed materials cover a dome-shaped mound. UV stage lights on opposite sides of the mound are mounted atop a 15’ tower erected in the center of the dome. From afar, the Illuminated Reef invites us, pulsating with a myriad colors.   • updated the Artwork Pieces of Permanence
    Excerpts from interviews with Habitat for Humanity homeowners, volunteers, and staff can be activated in 18 of the 30 quilt squares by pinching the corner. The quilt squares support a traditional triangle motif that combines manipulated photos and drawings created by the Habitat for Humanity community. The squares are laced onto a copper pipe frame with  cord in surveyors colors.
