  • My first solo exhibition at Soo Visual Art Center taught people four types of bookbinding techniques through making food books: Japanese stab binding for toast (white bread, whole wheat and marble rye), saddle stitch for fruit (apples and oranges), accordion folds for cheese (blue cheese, cheddar and Swiss) and round-head fastener for fried eggs.
