Reaching for realism through multiple mediums, from pen to graphite, ink to oil paint, sculpture to paper cutting, from graphic design to photography, I am intensely motivated by the challenge of mastering various art forms. Creating something as it exists before me has a way of validating my reality. Seeking comfort in observation, I have a specific appreciation for capturing one’s sense of being, how we are shaped by the world around us, and the complexities it develops within us.
