It's a combination of sterling silver chain and findings, freshwater and cultured pearls and a slice of shell. A friend of a friend lost her Great Aunt last year. The Great Aunt had a winter home in Hawaii where she would go every year and collect shells. There were so many shell to distribute after her death that some of them even found me.
