Bryan Gerber will present three dances: Finding a Balance, Episode for Truth, and Chi Il bel Sogno di Doretta.

Finding a Balance is choreographed and performed by Bryan Gerber. Gerber says, "The roles of Men and Women are quite different now than what they once were. In fact, the definition of Masculinity probably falls closer to the category of ambiguity. What keeps Men from examining their identities in the same way the Women’s Liberation movement has had an awesome power of self-actualization for women? Are we "Man" enough to handle it?"

Episode for Truth is choreographed by Bryan Gerber and performed by University of Wisconsin - River Falls Dance Theatre Members. Gerber says, "Identity is determined by how one view’s themself and how they are viewed within a community. Does a person learn to be who they are as a result of their culture, or solely on the basis of their own experience? Is one not dependent upon the other? In the end, does it ever really matter? Episode for Truth is a moment in time and space expressed through movement that explores movement as self and as a community."

Chi Il bel Sogno di Doretta is choreographed Bryan Gerber and performed by Mari Kline. Doretta has but one dream, to love with such happiness and abandon that riches don’t matter. "Who cares for wealth if at last happiness flourishes!" How did her sogno d’or end? Are we all capable of love in this way?

Long time head liner for Zenon Dance Company, Denise Armstead presents two new works In Between, Between Places and The Three Women.

In Between, Between Places is a rather beat-nick, deliberate, dramatic, provocative piece with calculated intention. Based on no time and that all realities, other dimensions exist simultaneously, like one long recording. You may be missing someone that you’ve never met or feel something that you can’t see, but know you are, In between those places. This work is performed by Denise Armstead, Cade Holmseth, Bill Gladen, and Heidi Kalweit.

The Three Women is a section from a larger project choreographer by Armstead. This section focuses on the three women’s versions of getting back to the fundamentals of things in their lives. Performers include Denise Armstead, Kelly Radermacher, and Piccasso Merrick.

Hai Dang Nguyen will present two pieces A time in place and Footprints.

A Time In Place is a piece describing a balance between individuality and community. Different sections show a particular moment in time that somehow link to one another.

Footprints is a duet, questioning the ability of a person to feel what they can or cannot see.

Dancers performing with Hai Dang Nguyen include: Katrina Schleisman, Nina Ebbighausen, Anne Aldag, Becky Stella, and Morgan Siegrist.

Gerry Girouard has been creating acrobatic dances for years, studying Argentine Tango, and now he is ready to share two of his latest works Just Kidding and BodyTalk.

Just Kidding is a solo dance about suppression and rage danced to music by Tool. This work is choreographed and performed by Gerry Girouard.

BodyTalk is an improvisational duet combining Argentine tango, contact improv and modern dance improv focusing on balances, counter-balances and entwining of legs and harmonies. This work is danced by Rebecca Abas and Gerry Girouard.

Catherine Hawk and Amy Peppe are seniors at the Perpich Center for Arts Education Arts High School. They will present a duet choreographed and performed by themselves titled Flapit Flampit.
