A whimsical modern twist on the jolly old British tradition of Punch & Judy. When the Baby goes missing, Mr. Punch sets out to the rescue. Along the way, Mr. Punch unleashes mischief and meyhem -- wrestling with a crocodile, a police officer, a doctor, the devil himself, and all sense of proper decorum. A travesty of manners in which we ask the children to keep the puppets from misbehaving.

Punch and Judy's New (Mis)Adventure
A missing baby, encounters with the devil and a mad doctor seeking world domination – these are all routine elements in a day in the life of the wacky Mr. Punch. Sharing a puppet-sized stage with his personal assistant, the canine Tobias Muttworthy, his wife, Judy, and his mute friend, the flower-planting Joey, Mr. Punch runs into trouble with the police, a crocodile, the devil and Dr. H.P. Fuddy-Duddy. Amazingly, puppeteer Chris Griffith deftly handles each of these characters. And interactive it is – Griffith's call-and-response show enlists everyone's help to get the mischievous Punch through his misadventures.

Kids, Parents Said they Liked the Interactive Puppet Show
On Friday night at Grace Trinity Community Church in Uptown, puppeteer Chris Griffith stood behind the curtain and raced nine puppets across his small stage in "The Comical Misadventures of Mr. Punch," featuring the well-known theatrical hellion and his longsuffering wife, Judy.
The crowd of about 60 – heavily tilted toward yoiung people – fell in love with the chance to shout at the buffoons, squeal warnings about impending doom on unsuspecting fops and applaud such simple pleasures as a wilting plant responding to a drink of water.
Early on, Punch's dog/assistant warned the audience that his master doesn't always tell the truth, talks back and gets into trouble. Surely, you kids don't do that, do you?
""Noooooooo!"
