Each heart on my quilt wall hanging represents one of my children, grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Each heart is lovingly handstitched and lightly filled with soft batting to give it a three dimentional look and the fullness is the love I feel in my heart for each person represented in this handmade quilt/wall hanging. It is indeed a 'work of heart'. The fabrics are those I have saved through the years and some were pieces I cut from a few of my grandmother's aprons. My grandmother wore a clean, lovely apron each day . I remember my grandmother with so much love and she is represented in each heart. Handquilted with love.
