Ritz Theater, Minneapolis, MN, October 2007.
“the Silents,” dwells upon various facets of human experience emphasizing human beauty and fragility, both physical and spiritual. In line with several artists, a major source of inspiration for the work was Rainer Maria Rilke’s passionate writings of the human soul, particularly his “Book of Hours.”
Funding provided in part by a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, through an appropriation by the Minnesota State Legislature, a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and private funders.
