This lamp is made to be totally adjustable. The arching support lifts out of the wall-mounted support. The acrylic canopies are removed by pulling out the horizontal pin. This way, the lights can be placed almost anywhere on the arch. Excess cord can be stuffed into a hollow "box'" that is a part of the wall support...
