Statement

Three triangulated hanging figures, gently rotating in space.

In my sculpture, the ancient and organic materials of wool and flax represent raw animal energy and upward plant/spiritual essence.Working them together symbolizes the integration of the physical with the spiritual in our lives.

This installation reflects the continual balancing act that we attempt as these opposite energies surface and define who we are at any given time.
