' McDONOUGH FARM '
This work is about Irish American people who immigrated
to Butterfield Minnesota. They left Ireland during the potatoe
famine in the 1870's. Soon others came. the dark eyed John Reagan and the Swiss entered into the Irish family. The farm
house held as many as six families at one time. The corn gave them full bellies.
